On Shatrughan Sinha’s 71st birthday, Amitabh Bachchan and Sonakshi Sinha share heartfelt wishes

Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha celebrates his 71st birthday today. Sonakshi Sinha and Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter to wish the actor.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan wished actor and close friend Shatrughan Sinha on his 71st birthday on Friday. Amitabh took to Twitter on Friday to wish the BJP MP and actor, and wrote, “Shatrughan Sinha birthday greetings for the 9th! happiness and prosperity! Laughter the best possession,” Big B tweeted.

A few days back, the legendary actors were seen sharing a good laugh on the premiere episode of Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh’s talk show, Yaaron Ki Baarat. Amitabh took a dig at Shatrughan as he revealed his habit of coming late and behaving as if nothing has happened. The duo happily participated on the show and showed that bygones were bygones as far as they were concerned. The two actors had serious differences with each other in the past, especially during the shoot of films Kala Pathar and Dostana.
Amitabh and Shatrughan have together given blockbusters like Naseeb, Shaan, Kaala Patthar, Bombay To Goa and Guddi.

Shatrughan’s first acting opportunity was playing a Pakistani military officer in Dev Anand’s Prem Pujari. The release of Prem Pujari was delayed, so his first released film was Sajan. He played supporting roles in many films before appearing in Gulzar’s Mere Apne in 1971.
Sonakshi Sinha, Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter, too shared her warm wishes for father on her social media account. She posted a photo of them together on Instagram and captioned it as, “Happy birthday popsy! No gift i give you will ever match up to the gift of being my own person that you have given me. Love you!”

Sonakshi Sinha ventured into Bollywood with the 2010 film Dabangg opposite superstar Salman Khan. Sonakshi shared the screen space with her father for the first time in 2016 film Akira.
